I'm here to tell your story...the joy, the laughs, the tears, and the memories along the way.
Dylan & Meagan were married just as the canola fields were blooming on a hot saskatchewan summer day. It takes two quite remarkable people to inspire such an grand event as Megan & Dylan’s wedding…nearly 300 guests attended. It’s a testament to their families how they are truly valued by both of their communities.
The outdoor ceremony took place at the Groom’s childhood farm just south of Oxbow, where the couple plans to one day build their forever home. The Bride carried an eye-catching bouquet of white and yellow blooms to compliment the grey and yellow color pallet (could there be a subtle Batman theme there?). There were many tears of joy to celebrate the happy couple.
The venue was covered in white fabric and transformed into a glamorous room with grey and buttercream accents. There were so many amazing touches that went into the reception including activity packs for the child guests as well as the Bride’s Grandmother’s homemade nuts & bolts (which were delicious and I need the recipe). The dance floor was shakin’ when we ended coverage that evening and I’m sure it was packed all night!
The day was attended by so many loved ones, it was remarkable to capture an event of such grandeur. I am honored to have captured Dylan & Meagan’s graduation, engagement and now their wedding. All the best to this special couple!
