I'm here to tell your story...the joy, the laughs, the tears, and the memories along the way.
Once again, I was excited to be collaborating with Landon on another one of our fashion shoots we love doing so much. Being in the moment and creating with such a wonderful team is so exhilarating!
When Landon started styling for the shoot he knew he wanted it to be different than anything else we’ve done before! One of his biggest fashion inspirations has always been Michelle Pfeiffer and her role in Scarface as Elvira Hancock, which became the fashion inspiration for this photoshoot. The hair was obvious homage to the character and then same goes for the fashion…the textures, fabrics and sleek silhouettes. This fashion shoot is simply put: ‘unlikely’ women’s garments in the beautiful setting of a greenhouse.
THIS fabulous shoot wouldn’t have looked as beautiful if it weren’t for the amazing team that worked together to pull it off! SPECIAL thank you to Julia for letting us into the blooming greenhouse which we used as our set on this raining morning! It means so much when locals help us achieve what we want to create, thank you thank you THANK YOU!

Those pink heels really pop with all the colour of the green house blooming flowers.
Our model Ashley, seriously rocked this shoot!!!
Favourite ensemble of the shoot…
As a stylist, Landon struggles when it comes to adding and selecting accessories. But focal point of this photo is on the earrings, hat and expression, which couldn’t be more perfect. Right before he walked out the door to head to the shoot, with hands completely full of garments, he quickly grabbed this black hat and boy am I glad he did!
THIS photoshoot was based on this exact outfit below (it was originally for a different photoshoot that was never put out, hidden in the SMP archives). Landon loved this outfit SO MUCH, he needed to find somewhere to use it. It defines everything he hopes to embody as a fashion stylist…sleek, sexy, edgy and avant garde.
Landon really wanted to use this shag coat again (you might remember it from our Pool Shoot last year) and showcased it using an old styling trick…turned it backwards, put a belt on, and made it in to a dress….brilliant! He was obsessed with the idea of adding one more thing that was “too much” and so he put on the beautiful statement necklace that was heavy. We were thrilled with the way the look turned out, especially the back!
