Corey + Tamlyn | Engaged
Weyburn Spring Engagement
This couple, who met for the first time at karate, have been engaged since summer of 2015 when Corey asked Tamlyn to be his wife at Rowan’s Ravine Provincial Park. When Corey was 5 years old, he and his cousin were lost while bike riding at the campground where the families were camping. Their parents found them sitting on a big rock and every year since, family pictures have been taken at the same rock. Corey said he wanted to take Tamlyn and the friends they were camping with to see this landmark and tell them the significant story. When they all got to the rock, Corey said he wanted to get a picture and surprised Tamlyn with a ring!
These two had to snuggle to keep warm during their engagement session because you wouldn’t know it by the photos, but it was two degrees Celsius…brrr! We had a playful, pretty and romantic session that day in Weyburn. Getting to know these two as well as Corey’s three children who came along for some family photos was so fabulous. It was a pleasure having fun with Kaitlyn, Braxton & Addyson and I cannot wait to see them at the wedding in July, we’re going to have a blast again. I’m so excited for these two to experience life together as husband and wife, let the countdown begin!
