One thing I love about living in our small town of Oxbow, Saskatchewan is that we’re a block from the outdoor swimming pool.  This is where the kids take two weeks of swimming lessons each year, just as I did when I was a kid.  We had great weather for the set, with just a bit of rain to start off with.  The kids had a blast, especially Coco who was in it for the first time.

I used my nifty new Canon 70-200mm 2.8f lens to take most of these shots…love the results!

Thanks to all the instructors at the Oxbow Swimming Pool, you handled the Mercer kids (aka The Mercer Fish) like pros and taught them more swimming skills!
