Engagement sessions are so great…I get to know the couple, chat about how they first met and the details of their up-coming wedding…and of course have some laughs.  We get warmed up in the photography department, making wedding day photos even more relaxing.  We met at Ryan’s parents farm near Oxbow for the session.  The lilacs were in bloom and are coincidentally Stephanie’s favourite colour.  We got out the chalkboards and I had fun popping a few questions for these two to answer…this always gets some enthusiastic reactions.  Just before the session ended, the new farm kittens made an appearance, and I couldn’t help but snap a few shots of Stephanie’s engagement ring with one of the adorable cats.  They are getting married at the end of July in Regina and I am looking forward to their wedding day in the city on a Monday!
