Sask Summer Styled Casual Grad Session

This is my niece Kyra who is graduating from high school at the end of June.  She attends OPHS (the same school I attended) and is graduating with honours.  She’s off to Calgary (hello, I’m coming to stay on your couch) in the fall to attend Mount Royal University and taking the sports therapist program.  But enough about her accolades, this girl is is very sweet & laid-back and her style is the perfect mix of bohemian & retro.  She’s very sporty, involved in track, volleyball & baseball.  During her down-time she enjoys listening to music, travelling and sleeping in.  She loves helping others, watching funny movies, Hollywood gossip, pop music and her trusted iPhone.

This editorial styled casual shoot was an epic one!  Landon styled all 5 outfits for this custom session which complimented the valley views and fun beachy vibes we were going for.  Professional hair & makeup styling was done beautifully by Salon Diosa, Amber & Shelby did a fabulous job.  We didn’t have the best weather for the shoot, but Kyra endured through the light rain drizzle and the images proved to be as amazing as we had dreamed they’d be.

There are so many mixed emotions surrounding high school graduation, but I’m actually excited for Kyra and her moving on to a new stage of her life, even though we’ll miss her dearly.  She has a great head on her shoulders,  addicting personality and incredible heart…all great traits to set her in the right direction.  CONGRATULATIONS on your graduation, but believe me, there’s so much more ahead for you girl! xoxo
