I'm here to tell your story...the joy, the laughs, the tears, and the memories along the way.
James and Christie choose Kenosee Lake as the location for their woodsy winter engagement session. I’m so excited to photograph their wedding in June at The Red Barn, the perfect setting just north of the Moose Mountain Provincial Park.
We eased into the shoot with a walk through some of the beautiful birch tree paths at the lake. I am always so happy to meet couples for their engagement sessions before their weddings to give us both the chance to get to know one another, for them to see my fun photography style and to chat about plans of their upcoming weddings…I love to hear about all the little details.
They brought their gorgeous dog named Ginger along. I always love capturing four legged furry friends who are so much a part of the couples family.
Then we moved on to the adventurous part of the session…James & Christie are avid snowmobilers and wanted to incorporate their sleds into the shoot since it’s one of their favourite activities to do together. This session quickly turned into one of my favourites this season, I just love when couples make their session unique to them. We captured some wicked shots of them on their sleds, hangin’ out in love.
