Cozy Fall Engagement

I first met Lyndon & Jordan when they came to my home for a meet & greet to chat about their wedding.  They have been together for 8 years and are planning a Kenosee Lake wedding in June.  I had a great time that evening getting to know this couple and was pleased they choose me to photograph their engagement and wedding!

Lyndon proposed to Jordan while on a trip to Victoria, BC.  Jordan was on the island visiting her family and Lyndon told her he had to stay home and work.  After a few days of being at her Moms, her Step-Dad told her they were going to go down to the marina to look at a sail boat.  While Jordan and her Mom were walking along the dock, Lyndon walked out from between two sail boats and surprised her.  Lyndon told Jordan he wanted to grow old with her and got down on one knee and asked her to marry him!  Jordan immediately replied ‘Hell YES!!!’

Their engagement session location was in Arcola, a place near and dear to both their hearts, afterall this is where they grew up and met in High School.  This Regina couple choose to have their cozy fall engagement session back home during Thanksgiving weekend, so they will have casual photos as well as wedding attire photos in that spot, how special!

Lyndon & Jordan’s engagement session was one of my all-time favourite sessions, maybe it was the fall backdrop, or their adorable dog Bella or how they fit together so perfectly.  Regardless, I cannot wait to see these two on their wedding day!
