The concept and inspiration for this Rustic Nautical Beach Wedding Styled Shoot came together from an idea when I was pondering about different locations to get married at in our local rural area.  For months, I’ve had a vision in my head of creating a styled beach wedding with hints of all things nautical and rustic.  Even though we might not be near the ocean, but instead on the prairies of Saskatchewan, that doesn’t mean you can’t have a beach wedding!

The shoot came together beautifully on a late summer evening just before sunset.  We set up two different vignettes on the beach including vintage furniture to showcase how easy it is to bring things together to evoke high-end style & class which makes a unique impact.  Throw in some lace, burlap & homemade blueberry cake for the rustic feel, nautical items detailed with anchors to compliment pieces of driftwood, a fun smores bar on the on the beachfront and finally bits of navy & gold, wine & a cheeseboard for elegance…this created a setting to inspire couples who are wanting a bit of a special twist for their wedding day.

Our group of models were amazing and such a carefree fun bunch.  Special thanks to all of our vendors (listed below) and local newlywed bride Rachelle for lending us her gorgeous dress for the shoot.  Everyone who helped out were an honour to work with!
