Grant & Nicole wanted to be married close to their hometowns of Storthoaks and Redvers Saskatchewan.  This lovely Saskatoon couple planned an outdoor ceremony in the country at Fern Church.  All the details came together beautifully…casual bale seating outside the church, wheat from a family friend in mason jars, birch wood arch constructed by a family member, sangria dresses for the bridesmaids and grey suits for the groomsmen.

After they said I DO we headed to a beautiful red barn for portraits…some gorgeous portraits!  I got to know the wedding party of 14 during this time, what a charismatic bunch.  Wedding portraits ended with a full-out dance party in the Saskatchewan fields.

Images from Grant & Nicole’s engagement session adorned the reception.  The couple celebrated the family’s Danish background with a Danish ring wedding cake and shots of liqueur to celebrate the new Bride & Groom.  Speeches were ended by one of THE best Bride & Groom ‘Thank Yous’ I have ever heard…written by Nicole and ad-libbed by Grant!

It was a pleasure to spend the most popular wedding date of 2014 with Mr. & Mrs. Mann!
