The day began with a few sprinkles of rain at Kenosee Lake where Tyson & Lisa’s wedding took place. This couple of 7 years, invited their closest friends & family for a day to celebrate their love in a casual, tasteful and stylish affair.

The beautiful Bride wore a gorgeous ivory gown with lace embellishments and a birdcage veil.  The Groom complimented his Bride’s style with a tweed suit and leather shoes with quirky Beavis & Butthead socks.

The ceremony took place at one of my favourite venues, the Chalet at Kenosee Lake.  Lisa walked down the asile with her Father to the song ‘At last’ by Etta James.   The bridal party looked lovely, the gals in shades of blush and champagne and the guys in their leather suspenders and blush ties. After the ceremony, we took a walk in the woods along Beaver Trail and took advantage of the breathtaking light for portraits that day.

The handmade touches of their sophisticated reception were perfect, including the woodsy details, and instax polariod guest book and the blush & ivory treats from Le Macaron.  Guests were treated to a fabulous meal and the venue was full of laughter, needless to say a good time was had by all.  Tyson surprised the whole crowd by serenading Lisa during the reception, his performance was such a special moment with the most suitable song lyrics:
